Job summary

Shopko Optical is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the sales, profit and service performance of multiple centers within a geographic region. You will develop strategies aligned with corporate goals to drive growth, staffing and training while ensuring compliance and strong patient experience.

The role requires building a capable team, delivering EBITDA targets, and sustaining high service standards across centers in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive business and deliver results across centers in the region.
• Lead, onboard and coach General Managers and staff; ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor financial performance and manage expenses to plan.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulations, and company standards.
