Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant business field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build teammate relationships in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to deliver sales, gross margin and EBITDA targets.
• Oversee center operations, staffing, policy adherence, and compliance.
• Coach and evaluate General Managers and Optometrists; drive bench strength and succession planning.
