Job summary

Americans for Prosperity (AFP), part of the Stand Together philanthropic community, seeks a Regional Field Manager (Grassroots Engagement Director) to identify, recruit, and mobilize grassroots leaders across Eau Claire and North West, WI, driving policy reforms that open opportunities for all.

You will organize events, train volunteers, and manage part-time canvassing contractors while maintaining regular contact to keep activists engaged. Travel within the state is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, and/or political campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists in Wisconsin and motivate them to advocate for change.
• Equip local leaders with AFP training and resources to advocate for policy changes.
• Organize events to engage the public through phone calls, social media, and in-person outreach.
• Keep activists informed and motivated through regular contact and education.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, including scheduling and compliance.
