Job summary

Americans for Prosperity is seeking a Regional Field Manager to identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in Green Bay and Fox Valley, mobilizing them to advocate for AFP priorities. You will organize neighborhood outreach, events, and trainings, empowering local activists to drive policy reforms.

Ideal candidates have experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, or political campaigns, and are self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage part-time canvassing

Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, and/or political campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists and motivate them to advocate for changes aligned with AFP principles.
• Equip local leaders with AFP training and resources.
• Organize events and engage the public through various channels.
• Maintain regular contact to keep activists motivated and active.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors and ensure regulatory compliance.
