Job summary

Wireless Zone in Florida is seeking a Wireless Operations Assistant to learn sales and wireless technology while supporting our Verizon sales teams.

You will assist customers, handle outbound calls, organize stock, and help maintain a welcoming store environment. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, opportunities to advance, and exposure to a fast-paced retail team committed to excellent customer service.

Weekend and evening shifts are required, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls, assisting customers with customer service needs, merchandising sales floors, organizing stock rooms, greeting customers, transferring customer's data to their new device, selling accessories and completing all other daily needs of a retail store location. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
