Job summary

Wireless Zone in New York is seeking a Wireless Operations Assistant to support our Verizon sales teams and learn our operations and sales processes inside and out.

You will assist the in-store sales team, greet customers, transfer data to new devices, and help merchandise and stock the floor with accessories. Weekend/evening/holiday hours may apply in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices.
• Multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment.
• Providing a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers.
• Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls.
• Assists customers with customer service needs and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Organizes stock rooms and greets customers as they enter the store.
• Transfers customer data to their new device and sells accessories.
• Completes daily store needs and handles service inquiries with courtesy.

Job Description

Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls, assisting customers with customer service needs, merchandising sales floors, organizing stock rooms, greeting customers, transferring customer's data to their new device, selling accessories and completing all other daily needs of a retail store location. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
