Job summary

Wireless Zone in Baldwin, NY is seeking a Wireless Operations Assistant to support Verizon sales teams and learn the wireless industry.

You will assist in-store sales, handle customer service needs, merchandise floors, organize stock rooms, greet customers, transfer data to devices, and sell accessories. Expect weekend/evening shifts and possible overtime.

Job Description

Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls, assisting customers with customer service needs, merchandising sales floors, organizing stock rooms, greeting customers, transferring customer's data to their new device, selling accessories and completing all other daily needs of a retail store location. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.

Job Requirements

• Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.
• Multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment
