Job summary

Wireless Zone, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Operations Assistant in Franklin Square, NY. This role offers an entry into the wireless industry and a chance to learn sales while supporting our Verizon sales teams.

You will handle customer service, merchandising, stock organization, and assist customers with data transfers and accessory sales in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

Job Description

Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls, assisting customers with customer service needs, merchandising sales floors, organizing stock rooms, greeting customers, transferring customer's data to their new device, selling accessories and completing all other daily needs of a retail store location. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.

Job Requirements

• Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.
• Multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment
• Providing a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers
