Job summary

Wireless Zone, Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, seeks a Wireless Operations Assistant to support our in-store sales team and learn our technology, operations, and sales processes inside and out.

You will assist customers, merchandise the floor, organize stock rooms, greet shoppers, and help transfer data to new devices while selling accessories and handling daily retail needs.

Qualifications

• Staying up-to-date on data/entertainment technology and devices.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment.
• Providing a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers.
• Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime.

Job Description

Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls, assisting customers with customer service needs, merchandising sales floors, organizing stock rooms, greeting customers, transferring customer's data to their new device, selling accessories and completing all other daily needs of a retail store location. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
