Job summary

Wireless Zone, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, seeks a Wireless Operations Assistant in Bay Shore, NY to support the sales team and learn our communication technology, operations, and sales process. You will engage customers, assist with device transfers, and help stock and merchandising tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in-store sales team by making outbound customer service phone calls, assisting customers with customer service needs, merchandising sales floors, organizing stock rooms, greeting customers, transferring customer's data to their new device, selling accessories and completing all other daily needs of a retail store location.
• Handle service inquiries from customers.
• Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
