Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Tower Foreman in Denver to lead a three-person wireless services crew, directing installation, upgrades, maintenance, and testing while upholding safety and quality. You will translate approved scope and labor budgets into daily work plans and report progress to the Construction Manager.

Candidates should have demonstrated tower construction experience, strong leadership, ability to read drawings, coordinate access, and manage time, materials, and safety.

Qualifications

• Tower construction and maintenance experience with leadership of a field crew.
• Ability to interpret installation drawings and direct antenna and line work.
• Plan crew labor, explain production variances, and maintain accurate records.
• Current qualifications for climbing, rescue, rigging, and site safety responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, scope, customer requirements, access arrangements, equipment, and the approved labor budget before mobilization.
• Set daily deliverables and assign work to each technician according to demonstrated skills and training.
• Perform and supervise antenna, radio, mount, cable, grounding, weatherproofing, and related installation work within the approved scope.
• Coordinate site access, outage windows, testing, and integration support with the Construction Manager and authorized customer contacts.
• Identify scope changes and record supporting photos and details.
