Job summary

ADB Wireless is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead safety, production, and quality on wireless tower projects. The Foreman will mentor Tower Technicians and ensure installations, repairs, and alignments are completed to specifications.

Ideal candidates have extensive wireless technical experience, strong safety focus, and an ALL IN attitude to achieve results. Travel nationwide is required, with leadership responsibilities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
• 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews.
• OSHA30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is always followed with 100% tie-off and daily JSA/toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review BOMs and verify materials ordered are complete and accurate.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS, port diagrams, and tower/mount structural analysis.
