Utilities One is seeking a Tower Foreman for the Wireless Services crew in Denver, CO. You will lead a three-person team to install, upgrade, maintain, troubleshoot, and closeout tower projects, while enforcing safety, quality, and adherence to labor budgets.

You will transform project scope into a daily work plan, ensure crew readiness, track time, and escalate conditions affecting safety, cost, or delivery. Strong leadership and field-reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

Demonstrated tower construction and maintenance leadership.
Ability to interpret installation drawings and direct install work.
Proven experience leading a field crew in telecom environments.
Strong emphasis on safety leadership and site protocols.

Responsabilités

Review drawings, scope, and labor budget before mobilization.
Set daily deliverables and assign work to technicians.
Perform and supervise antenna, radio, mount, cable, grounding, and related work.
Coordinate site access, outages, testing, and integration support.
Identify scope changes and document details with photos.
