Utilities One is seeking a Tower Foreman for the Wireless Services team in Spokane, WA. You will lead a three-person crew, direct tower installation, upgrades, maintenance, and testing, while upholding safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

You will translate project scope and labor budgets into daily plans, verify work, and report progress to the Construction Manager. Strong leadership, field reporting, and RF safety training are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews on tower construction and maintenance.
• Ability to interpret installation drawings and direct antenna and line work.
• Strong safety leadership and ability to conduct site hazard analysis.

Responsabilités

• Review drawings, scope, and labor budget before mobilization.
• Set daily deliverables and assign work to technicians.
• Perform and supervise antenna, radio, mount, cable, grounding, weatherproofing work.
• Coordinate site access, outages, testing, and integration with customers.
• Lead daily safety briefings and ensure rescue readiness.
• Verify training, PPE, tools, and inspections before work.
• Stop work when unsafe conditions arise and escalate as needed.
• Record time and labor accurately for payroll and reporting.
• Review tasks and hours with Construction Manager weekly.
• Complete inspections and testing for closeout.
