Job summary

Utilities One Group in Spokane, WA is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead a three-person Wireless Services crew, overseeing installation, upgrades, maintenance, and safety.

The role converts approved scope into daily work plans, ensures quality and on-time delivery, and reports progress to the Construction Manager. Ideal candidates have tower construction leadership, drawing interpretation, and strong safety discipline.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated tower construction and leadership of a field crew.
• Interpret installation drawings and direct antenna and line work.
• Plan crew labor and explain production variances.
• Qualified in climbing, rescue, rigging, and site safety responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience using mobile reporting and timekeeping tools.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, scope, customer requirements, and labor budget before mobilization.
• Set daily deliverables and assign work to technicians according to skills.
• Perform and supervise antenna, radio, mount, cable, grounding, weatherproofing, and related installation work.
• Coordinate site access, outages, testing, and integration with the Construction Manager.
• Lead daily safety briefings and review hazard analyses and rescue plans.
• Verify training and PPE; assign climbing and rigging duties to qualified personnel.
• Stop work when conditions are unsafe and escalate hazards.
• Report completed work, hours, and remaining tasks at shift end.
