Job summary

ADB Companies, Inc. is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead day-to-day safety, production, and quality on wireless tower projects nationwide. You will mentor Tower Technicians and ensure installations, repairs, and inspections meet project specifications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the wireless industry, 2+ years as Foreman, OSHA30 preferred, a valid driver license, and a high school diploma. This role requires frequent travel and a strong All-In safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in the wireless industry.
• Minimum 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews.
• OSHA-30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day safety, production, and quality on wireless tower projects.
• Mentor Tower Technicians and ensure installations, repairs, and tests meet specs.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on schedules and budgets.
• Read construction drawings and RF/port diagrams to guide work.
• Manage time tracking and ensure tools and equipment are maintained.
