Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day safety, production, and quality on wireless tower projects.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to align schedules and budgets.
• Review BOMs and material orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Travel and climb towers up to 100 feet or more per job requirements.
• Coordinate installation tasks: coax, fiber, microwave, antennas, radio gear.
• Manage crew time tracking and equipment usage.
• Train and mentor Tower Technicians and Foremen.
• Complete project close-out documents and photos for management.
