Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a hands-on Foreman to oversee wireless tower construction and maintenance at assigned job sites. You will lead field crews, coordinate resources, and ensure safety and quality in all activities from installation to testing.

You will mentor technicians, manage schedules, and travel as required to support multiple sites. A strong safety mindset and ability to train others are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services.
• Two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews and deliver on schedule and budget.
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification and relevant safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of tower crews with focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas and associated equipment.
• Manage job site logistics, materials, schedules, and documentation.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians; travel to job sites as needed.
