Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Tower Foreman to lead a crew in wireless tower construction projects, including new tower builds, collocations, modifications, and equipment upgrades. Verizon Mods and NSD experience is a plus.

This on-site Oklahoma City role requires climbing towers over 100 feet, overseeing daily site work, mentoring crew members, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety and quality standards while coordinating with customers.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
Ability to maintain required certifications.
Pre-employment drug screening and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily site construction work efforts.
Oversee the daily operations at assigned sites.
Experience with and the ability to climb towers 100+ feet tall, with a 50 lb. load.
Read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings and SOW.
Coordinate with customer representatives for site related activities and maintain a good working relationship with customer representatives.
Provide leadership, guidance, and actively train / promote learning to all crew members. Maintain equipment and vehicles in an operational condition.
Must be available to work weekends and/or nights, and be willing to travel extensively.
Must be able to work out of market or away from home as work demands.
