InfraServices is seeking a Foreman to oversee wireless tower construction and maintenance projects. You will lead field crews, coordinate resources, ensure safety, and drive on-site efficiency from start to finish.

You will supervise climb operations up to 500 feet, manage materials and schedules, perform advanced testing, and mentor technicians while adhering to customer and company standards. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on problem-solving in a dynamic field.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of experience in wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services.
• Two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Certifications such as OSHA 30 Construction Training, First Aid/CPR, and Rigging & Hoisting are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily activities of tower crews, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on all projects.
• Climb and perform work on communication towers up to 500 feet, as required.
• Lead installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas, radios, and related gear.
• Manage job site logistics, materials, schedules, and documentation.
• Perform advanced testing (sweep, fiber, PIM) and ensure compliance with Customer and Company standards.
