Job summary

PRE-US in Myrtle Beach, SC is hiring a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to lead sales performance across assigned stores. You will train and coach store teams, drive customer engagements, and turn interactions into sales opportunities while meeting KPIs.

We offer $18-22 per hour with unlimited commission, weekly pay, and benefits including health insurance, 401k, PTO, and travel reimbursement as needed. Ideal candidates have wireless retail experience and a proven ability to train others.

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
