Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance across store locations. You will coach and develop sales associates, deliver onboarding and on-the-job training, and ensure customer engagement translates into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions

• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations ifrequired

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
