Job summary

PRE-US in Hurricane, West Virginia is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding wireless customer experience across assigned locations.

You will meet and exceed KPIs, train staff, and conduct coaching sessions while traveling between stores as needed. The role offers hourly pay with UNCAPPED commissions and paid training opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while followingcarrierand program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations ifrequired

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
