Acosta Group in Hurricane, WV is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive wireless sales, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will lead coaching sessions, manage onboarding, and oversee daily shift operations across multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail or retail sales.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
