Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to lead sales efforts across multiple store locations. You will coach and develop sales associates, drive onboarding and role-play training, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Travel within the district is expected, with uncapped earning potential through commission and bonuses. We value self-motivated professionals who can meet goals, communicate effectively, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations as required.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
