PRE-US in Mountain Home, AR is hiring a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to wireless shoppers. Success requires proactive customer engagement and the ability to travel between store locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
