Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) in Central City, KY to drive wireless sales, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role offers an 18–22 USD hourly base with unlimited commissions and paid training, plus weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, achieving KPIs, and traveling between store locations as needed. Must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Territory Sales Manager (Wireless)

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
