PRE-US is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive performance, coach store associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across wireless retail locations.

You will exceed goals, mentor teammates, and participate in paid training with uncapped earning potential and growth opportunities. This role requires travel within the district and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.

Territory Sales Manager (Wireless)

$ 18-22 per hour+ Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities. Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
