Job summary

Acosta Group in Hattiesburg, MS is hiring a Wireless Territory Sales Manager to drive sales performance, coach store teams, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across districts. You will meet and exceed personal sales goals, train and mentor associates, and conduct coaching sessions while following carrier guidelines.

Travel between store locations is required; compensation includes hourly pay with unlimited commissions and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
