Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance across store locations. You will coach, train, and develop sales teams, ensuring strong customer experiences and attainment of KPIs.

The role offers an aggressive commission structure, weekly pay, and travel within the district. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and capable of leading by example, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
