• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.

We are hiring a high-energy,results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to our wireless shoppers. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagements, turning those interactions into sales opportunities. Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
