Job summary

PRE-US in Anderson, SC is seeking a Wireless Territory Sales Manager to drive sales performance across store locations. You will coach, develop, and energize the sales team while meeting personal KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers $18–$22 per hour with unlimited commissions and paid training, plus benefits and mileage reimbursement. Travel within the district and weekly pay are included for a high-energy, results-driven candidate.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience.
• Proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.

• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
