Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers in a fast-paced retail setting, helping them understand and choose technology and service plans. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and support customers from initial inquiry to purchase.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, digital tool usage, and achieving satisfaction goals. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and participation in incentive programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by management.
