My Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-energy sales team at an AT&T Authorized location. You will train and coach staff, manage daily operations, ensure top-tier customer service, and drive store performance with a focus on ethical sales and community engagement.

You’ll recruit, schedule, and develop associates while maintaining store standards, safety, and compliance. This role offers strong base pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training, and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field is required.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team to achieve company KPIs and sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, and training.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Partner with AT&T Signature team for community events.
• Maintain store safety, inventory, merchandising, and policy adherence.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and store standards.
