Talk4less Wireless is seeking a capable Store Manager to oversee all store operations, including opening and closing duties, staffing, cash handling, and inventory control. You will lead a sales-driven team, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service to meet business goals.

The role emphasizes training, merchandising, and performance management, with a focus on community engagement and meeting Cricket standards. 1-2 years retail management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environment.
• College degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operation of retail store including opening/closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Adjust staffing to meet business needs and goals.
• Coach and develop sales staff; greet customers on the floor and lead by example.
• Set and exceed performance goals; recruit and hire outstanding talent.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Cricket standards and provide excellent customer service.
