Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and staffing.
• Lead sales team and coach staff to hit targets.
• Set and exceed performance goals and drive customer service.
• Hire and train sales staff and manage scheduling.
• Ensure visual merchandising meets Cricket standards and brand guidelines.
• Address customer billing and service inquiries with accuracy.
