Talk4Less Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, seeks a Wireless Manager for our Medford, OR location. You will oversee store operations, staffing, coaching, and performance, driving sales and customer satisfaction on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing a winning team, meeting service and sales goals, managing inventory, and ensuring Cricket brand standards while delivering exceptional service and community engagement.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environment.
• College degree preferred, HS diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities; sales coaching experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for full operation of retail store including opening/closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Staffing adjustments to meet business needs; coach and lead sales team on the floor.
• Establish and exceed performance goals; deliver high levels of customer service within company policies.
• Screen and hire outstanding talent; recruit sales staff continuously.
• Ensure visual merchandising adheres to Cricket standards and train employees on products and offerings.
