Job summary

Talk4Less Wireless is seeking a Wireless Manager to oversee a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer store in Philadelphia. This role requires managing operations, staffing, and sales efforts on the floor to deliver strong customer experiences and meet performance goals. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of retail management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience in retail or another environment with strong customer focus.
• College degree preferred, HS diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full operation of retail store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Make staffing adjustments to meet business needs.
• Lead on the sales floor, greet customers, coach employees and drive store performance.
• Establish and exceed performance goals for the organization and individuals.
• Hire and recruit sales staff on an ongoing basis.
• Oversee store hiring, training, marketing and team leadership.
