Job summary

Talk4less Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, seeks a Wireless Manager to lead store operations, staffing, and customer service excellence. You will coach sales staff, manage inventory, and drive sales performance while ensuring Cricket standards and local marketing alignment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years retail management, strong communication and leadership skills, bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, and a track record of achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• College degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a team.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full store operations including opening/closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Adjust staffing to meet business needs and drive store performance.
• Lead and coach sales staff on customer engagement, product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Set and exceed store goals and ensure adherence to company policies.
