Talk4less Wireless in Salem, OR seeks a store manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and service levels. You will greet customers, coach staff, and drive sales while ensuring cash handling and inventory accuracy. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and leadership within Cricket standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail management, strong communication skills, and a proactive, coachable attitude. A college degree is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer service standards.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Mansioni

• Responsible for full operation of the retail store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Make staffing adjustments to meet business needs and coach a winning sales team.
• Motivate, develop and lead staff to deliver high levels of service.
• Manage marketing, training, and visual merchandising to Cricket standards.
• Participate in community events and local marketing activities.
