Job summary

Talk4less Wireless in Oregon is seeking a results-driven Retail Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the sales floor, and drive customer service excellence. This role emphasizes staffing, training, and achieving store goals in a customer-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in retail.
• College degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations including opening/closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Screen and hire outstanding talent for the organization and recruit sales staff on an ongoing basis.
• Coach and lead a winning sales team to deliver high levels of service.
• Ensure visual merchandising adheres to Cricket standards.
• Participate in community events and local marketing activities to build a positive image.
• Assist customers with billing processes, service plans, upgrades and other inquiries.
