Connectivity Source is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and uphold top-tier customer experience in a fast-growing retail environment selling T-Mobile products and services. You will set the standard for store operations, coaching staff, and driving sales and promotions.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, maintain visual standards, and execute marketing efforts to maximize performance while ensuring an engaging and welcoming store atmosphere for customers and employees

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and successfully retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts using avenues like social media, networking and outside events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of both employees and customers professionally.
