Mobile Generation LLC in Louisville, KY seeks a Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager to lead a sales team and ensure outstanding customer service. The role partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, coaching, and adherence to brand standards across our Midwest network.

Expect a strong base pay with commissions and performance bonuses, plus a flexible schedule, health plan, 401K, and PTO in a fast-paced retail environment. Travel to multiple Midwest locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably wireless.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire your team.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless products, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with Store Manager to build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Assist Store Manager to hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs each month.
• Coach/mentor the team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure location operates under Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Assist with promotional roles, inventory procedures, or other duties as assigned.
