Mobile Generation is seeking a Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager in Twin Lakes, WI to work alongside the Store Manager and lead a high-energy sales team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will hire, schedule, and supervise Sales Associates; coach daily to hit monthly KPIs; and ensure store operations align with Verizon guidelines while representing our brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably wireless.
• Proven sales achievement in prior roles.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager to hire, schedule and supervise Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs each month.
• Coach daily to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure location follows Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Assist with promotions, inventory procedures and other duties as assigned.
• Set a professional example for staff and customers.
