Mobile Generation is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager to lead a team across Midwest locations and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach sales associates, ensure adherence to Verizon and Mobile Generation guidelines, and manage operations to achieve excellence.

The role requires 2+ years in retail leadership, travel to multiple sites as needed, and a track record of meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar retail leadership role.
• Proven achievement in sales and leadership.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise sales associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs monthly.
