Mobile Generation is seeking a qualified Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager. The role focuses on leading a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales goals across multiple Midwest locations.

The candidate will ensure adherence to Verizon and Mobile Generation standards, coach staff, and drive a high-performance sales culture. Ideal candidates have wireless industry experience, strong leadership, and a passion for customer service.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in a similar role in retail, preferably wireless.
• Proven track record of leading teams to meet sales goals.
• Ability to travel to multiple Midwest locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of sales associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs monthly.
• Coach and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
