Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed monthly personal and team KPIs.
• Coach/mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensure location follows Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Execute promotional rollouts and inventory procedures on time.
• Set an example of professional conduct for staff.
