Mobile Generation is seeking a Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager to work closely with the Store Manager, ensuring the sales team understands the selling process and Verizon products to deliver an excellent customer experience.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year in retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel across the Midwest while supporting sales goals and frontline staff development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role.
• Experience with Verizon Wireless or wireless retail preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple Midwest locations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Store Manager to build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Assist Store Manager to hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs each month.
• Coach/mentor the team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure the location operates under Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Assist the Store Manager in promotional roles, inventory procedures, or other duties as assigned.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
