Mobile Generation is hiring a Verizon Wireless Assistant Store Manager in Spring Green, WI. This full-time role works with the Store Manager to lead a sales team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and meet performance targets.

Compensation includes salary, commissions, and bonuses up to $70,000 per year. Candidates should be willing to travel to multiple Midwest locations and maintain flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
• Proven achievement in prior sales roles is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager to build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and supervising a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs each month.
• Coach/mentor the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure the location follows Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
• Support promotional activities, inventory procedures, and other duties as assigned.
