Mobile Generation is hiring a Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager in the Midwest. The role requires leadership of a sales team, ensuring high customer service levels and adherence to Verizon/Wireless retail standards.

A strong track record in retail and wireless knowledge is expected, with travel to multiple locations across the Midwest required. You will manage hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance tracking, aiming to exceed monthly KPIs while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably in wireless
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel to multiple Midwest locations

Responsibilities

• Build a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment
• Recruit, schedule, and supervise Verizon Wireless Sales Associates
• Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs monthly
• Coach and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Ensure store compliance with Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines
• Oversee promotions, inventory procedures, and related tasks
